In reality they are quite impoverished along with the United States. As reported by the US Treasury, the US finalized the year with total debt of $15.2 trillion which translates into the US debt-to-GDP surpassing 100%. It?s funny, though, how normally if a bank becomes insolvent a default would ensue, but nowadays, a bailout will have the same effect?or so they think. They are fooling themselves and desperately trying to drag us along. And, not only that, if the central bank is not able to supply straightforward and open aid to a banking institution, no problem, because a central bank can then administer obscure, clandestine help. The backdoor bailout demonstrates this directly. The Eurozone can not be helped by the European Central Bank so the US Federal Reserve will come into the picture incognito. Using swap agreements as the undercover agent, the ECB accepts loans from the Federal Reserve which it then loans to Europe?s fraught banks. Sequentially, the ?financially ruined? banks utilize the economical financing to purchase the high-yielding bonds of Greece, Italy, Spain, and the rest of the Eurozone. The chain is clear. The Federal Reserve is bailing Greece out as well as every other bankrupt bank in the Eurozone. Who will pay? Yes, we know. Taxpayers will lose their hard-earned money and, subsequently, lose even more when these banks default in the long-run which is probably not that far ahead anyway. So you?re a pessimist. Well, interpret this then: ? (A few weeks ago) Dollar swaps between the Federal Reserve and the ECB was only $2.4 billion. ? (Week ending December 14, 2011) Dollar swaps between the Fed and the ECB was $54 billion ? (Week ending December 21, 2011) Dollar swaps between the Fed and the ECB was up another $8 billion The Federal Reserve has only invested $62 billion in the Eurozone but as that number hikes, and it will, they will be giving us another reason to buy gold. It seems as if the call of the day is to solve debt with the printing of money. Do as the title of this article suggests?use the price of gold today to your advantage. The bull market that is occurring right before your eyes is actually history in the making. If we were to look at the last day of the year?s quotes since the turn of the 21st century, it is clear that gold has outperformed itself every single year. Især som start-up hvor kapitalen er lav og fremtiden uvis. Der findes masser af tips fra iværksættere selv på diverse forums, men i dag spørger vi revisorerne Af Helena Jensen, hj@trendsonline.dk Så snart du har sat dig for at starte en virksomhed, er det vigtigt, at du tidligt i processen beslutter dig for, om virksomheden skal startes i persondrevet form, hvor du hæfter med din private formue, men kan starte op kvit og frit eller i selskabsform, hvor du kun hæfter med den indskudte kapital, men som udgangspunkt skal betale indskud og er underlagt flere regler. Du vil umiddelbart altid kunne omdanne din personlige virksomhed til et selskab, men det vil i så fald være nødvendigt at tage hensyn til skattemæssige regler. Personlig eller selskabsform? Hvis vi sætter S.M.B.A’en lidt til side endnu, så skelnes der normaltvist mellem den personlige virksomhed og selskabsformer som A/S og ApS. I forhold til den personlige virksomhed kan det både være i form af en enkeltmandsvirksomhed eller et interessentskab (I/S), som ikke kræver indskud at starte op, og hvor alle deltagere hæfter personligt. I modsætning hertil kræver det en startkapital på 80.000 kr. at oprette sin virksomhed som et ApS og 500.000 kr. for et A/S. Pengene tilhører virksomheden og kan anvendes i driften af virksomheden, og der er altså ikke tale om “tabte” penge, som nogen fejlagtigt tror.  Ifølge Jørn Jepsen, der er statsautoriseret revisor og national markedsleder i Deloitte, skal man først og fremmest tænke risiko-elementet ind, når man skal vælge virksomhedsform: ?Hvis du skal til at starte en virksomhed op, der har en eller anden form for risiko, hvor erstatningsanlæg for eksempel ikke kan udelukkes, så kan det være en fordel at oprette virksomheden som et A/S eller ApS. Det skal ses i lys af disse formers kapitalkrav og selskabsregler, som giver kreditorer en større beskyttelse end personligt drevne virksomheder. Således virker selskaber ofte mere ?solide? overfor omverdenen,” fortæller Jørn Jepsen og tilføjer: ?Skal du derimod starte op som frisør eller detailforhandler eller lign., så er der ikke umiddelbart de store risici, og her vil en personlig dreven virksomhed ofte være at foretrække.? Var der nogen, der sagde S.M.B.A.? Ét af de selskabsformer der vækker begejstring hos mange iværksættere er S.M.B.A.?en, hvor den begrænsede hæftelse umiddelbart er kombineret med ingen indskud og færre regler: “Skattemæssigt og juridisk kan det være en god selskabsform. Du ?slipper? for at betale et indskud som ved et ApS eller A/S og eventuelt for at skulle offentliggøre dit regnskab til Erhvervsstyrelsen. Samtidig hæfter du umiddelbart alene med penge, du har skudt ind i selskabet,? fortæller Kaj Laschewshi fra revisionshuset Revision Aarhus. Trods fordelene fraråder Kaj Laschewshi samt øvrige revisorer alligevel umiddelbart virksomheder at oprette sig som S.M.B.A.-selskaber. Man skræmmer mulige samarbejdspartnere væk og får langt sværere ved at anskaffe kapital i banken, lyder kritikken. ?I praksis kan den begrænsede hæftelse være misvisende. Forsøger du som S.M.B.A. at låne penge i banken, vil den typisk kræve personlig sikkerhedsstillelse. De ved jo, at du ikke har investeret en krone i det endnu,? siger Kaj Laschewshi. Dorte Larsen, der er statsautoriseret revisor i Deloitte, er enig i, at det kan skabe problemer ift. kapitalanskaffelse, og hun ser også store problemer i forhold til øvrige samarbejdspartnere: ?Har du indskudt 80.000 i din virksomhed, viser det jo, at der er et kapitalgrundlag, og at du er seriøs omkring det. Har du oprettet dig som et S.M.B.A., fordi det var den billigste løsning, signalerer det jo et eller andet sted, at du ikke selv tror på idéen. I hvert fald må du have nogle tvivl, siden du har valgt denne form frem for et ApS eller A/S,? udtaler Dorte Larsen. Vigtigt at tage udgangspunkt i den enkelte virksomhed Selvom Dorte Larsen og Kaj Laschewski ikke umiddelbart vil anbefale S.M.B.A-løsningen, vil de ikke afvise, at der kan være situationer, hvor virksomhedsformen kan være den bedste løsning. For Jørn Jepsen er det vigtigt at understrege, at der ikke findes en gylden regel for, hvilken virksomhedsform man skal vælge: ?Et virksomhedsvalg kræver altid individuel rådgivning af hensyn til risici, skatteoptimering samt plan for virksomhedens vækstmuligheder,? afslutter han. Så forlød det, at den ville blive forsinket og først blive præsenteret om et par måneder, men nu skulle den altså alligevel være klar. I hvert fald er der dukket et billede op af den på Samsungs egen hjemmeside. I hvert fald tyder alt på, at Samsung har modellen klar til fremvisning om godt en måned, og det vil da også være meget godt i tråd med, at det også var på MWC sidste år at de præsenterede deres sidste Galaxy. Oog hvis rygterne om specifikationerne ellers taler sandt, så bliver den meget spændende og på alle måder en værdig afløser til S2 modellen, og skulle nok kunne få nogle af konkurrenterne til at synke en ekstra gang. Således forlyder det nemlig, at den kommer med en 1,5-1,6GHz quad-core processor, en Super AMOLED HD skærm der muligvis er på hele 4,7 tommer. Samtidig bliver den efter alt at dømme udstyret med et 12 megapixel kamera, og enten 32 eller 64GB ram. Der har også været nævnt 128, hvilket dog må betegnes som rimelig usandsynligt. Derudover kommer den naturligvis med Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. Pakistan Industrial sector The effluent treatment section is the last part of the process. The problem originates because typically discharge from a process such as this has a BOD of 3000mg/L (Stanbury, 1987) and the acceptable level of discharge into rivers is 30mg/l. Therefore, it important to discharge this effluent stream in a suitable manner as to not incur any excess charges for damaging the local environment. There are two main approaches to this problem. Firstly, the stream can be treated in the process plant to remove the organic matter and reduce the BOD to an acceptable level for discharge. Due to low level of solids in the stream they can be removed by filtration. The solids that are removed by the filter then form MYCS compounds and these can be sold to the farming market. Another benefit to this approach is that the water that is distilled off can then be recycled to the top of the process and used to dilute the molasses. A second approach is to pay for it to be treated by a local wastewater company. Although such companies would charge a fee for this service it does have some benefits. Such benefits are that the process would not have to pay out for a filtration unit. Although the cost a filtration unit would indeed pay back the initial capital cost by not having to out source the treatment process and therefore make the process more economical it may be impractical to have such a device in a the site that is short on free space.  Also, as well as the capital cost of any filtration unit there would be maintenance costs to consider. There is a third possible option that could be taken. This is a combination of the previous two. The process could have a filtration unit which would be on a smaller scale and could act as a pre-treatment method before the effluent is discharged to the wastewater company. This would manage to decrease the costs that would be payable to the company. Mandag lagde jeg hårdt ud med at bestå min køreprøve (tror vist I har fået tudet ørerne fulde med det efterhånden), så min far inviterede mig på frokost for at fejre at jeg bestod. Jeg sørgede også for at fejre mig selv ved lige at smutte i H&M, hvor jeg prøvede nogle virkelig(!) random ting. Kan I gætte hvilken af disse tre, der røg med hjem? Midt på ugen fulgte jeg med i håndbold og erfarede, at vi åbenbart ikke var ude af turneringen alligevel. Det blev fejret med jyllands nationalret: Tarteletter! Jeg var også et smut i Kvaglund hvor denne seddel hang i en opgang, yikes! Og så var jeg ude og spise med en god veninde, jeg ikke har set i lang tid. Sidst på ugen tog jeg afsked med en sømand, som forlader byen for at sejle på de syv have. Det markerede vi med pagne, vin, øl og selvfølgelig kaffepunch samt et lille spil Mario. Jeg rundede ugen af på rimelig standard manér; hver søndag synger jeg nemlig i et kirkekor, hvilket jeg har gjort siden jeg var 13. Det er nu ikke fordi jeg er særlig religiøs eller noget, jeg nyder bare at synge, og bruge et par timer med gamle venner med samme interesse for musik. Jeg måtte dog kæmpe mig igennem enorme snemasser for at komme hjem til en kop kaffe i mit yndlings Pantone krus, som Pete har foræret mig i julegave. //A few pictures of different events this week. Yes, definitely a diode, the band denotes the direction of current flow. Any electronics part store should have a substitute for it. But the more common 1N4005 is easier to find, cheaper and actually has a slightly higher rating. Then, I wanted the references for the two most significant Bible verses in my life: “Jeremiah 29:11-14″ and “Psalm 45:1.” Lately, I’ve been thinking about going with a peacock feather design for the pen. I just think it would be fitting, seeing as the peacock not only represents beauty, but the ability to survive in suffering and the fact that it can also have meanings related to a phoenix definitely appeal to me. I want the ink and writing in black ink, but the feather can be in color. Then, I was thinking about adding another element: a strand of pearls kind of looping/wrapping around the feather: mostly white with a few orange ones.
