It is the underlying theme of my international SEO writing as it is massively important for brands and yet it is not done enough. When businesses expand their operations into different cultures or countries, the people that make up their audience changes based on culture, language, and the political-judicial landscape that they find themselves operating in. Companies must research and understand the cultures they are catering to in order to better align their content, web design, and tone to match the tendencies and preferences of those in this audience. They also need to understand the language that is used by the audience if it is different than that which the company normally conducts business. The marketers for these businesses and the SEO companies they partner with need to take a look at the language and assess how it is used by the people, specifically for keyword research. They must ensure that they are using the most accurate words (as used by the local audience) to describe the concepts they want to communicate in the keywords and keyword phrases. Additionally, the political and judicial structures can dictate a great deal in terms of privacy, patent concerns, and censorship as seen with many tech companies recently. The judicial system comes into play in this regard and companies must prepare for the legal structure and regulation that is experienced there, specific to their industry. The term glocalization is used in many areas of international operations, especially PR, and it aptly describes the experience of companies expanding into new markets, or more accurately, what companies should do when they expand into these international markets. The term joins the words &#8220;global&#8221; and &#8220;localization.&#8221; Maynard (2003) offers an excellent introductory definition of glocalization being &#8220;the process whereby global corporations tailor products and marketing to particular local circumstances to meet variations in consumer demand&#8221; (in Maynard &amp; Tian, 2004, p. 288). This definition guides the catering that should occur in this process. Den er mangelfuld, mener Mchangama. »Selv om der findes diskrimination, mangler Amnesty totalt at forholde sig til de ekstremme holdninger, som i stor stil udgår fra Saudi Arabien, og som spreder sig til muslimske miljøer i Vesten. Children between the ages of 5-16 are forced to do the odd jobs because they belong to the poor and downtrodden class of the society and they have no other choice but to work and earn a little amount to support their families. They are treated like baggers and they have not been given the right to go to school and get education. The parents of these children cannot afford to send their children to schools. Poverty is the most important and basic reason and driving force that compels these children to work like labours and earn a little money at the end of the day. The bad financial condition aggravates the problem of child labour. Unemployment is another reason which forces the parents to send their children to school as these poor people know that their children will remain unable to get a respectable position in society as they will not get a good job. Lack of education also becomes a factor that contributes in the growth of child labour. They do not have the ability to realise what they are doing with the future of their children. They push them out to face the hatred and indifference of people. This attitude with children destroys their personality and makes them submissive just like servants. It also damages their self esteem and forces them to bear the inhuman behaviour of those who are higher in status to these children. The educated and civilised people do not even think for a while and start rebuking these innocent children who are there at our service not by the choice of their own. They are the victims of their circumstances and we are taking benefit of their compulsions. Government should take rapid steps in this regard and should punish those who employ these children in their workshops, hotels or other places. They should also provide the basic rights to these children and should also help them in getting education.  They should be provided with all those basic rights which other children of higher classes possess. For companies expanding into new markets and increasing their international correspondence, it could be just the right tool to give them some breathing room with some added functionality before they increase their internal language capabilities (without having to outsource for the human translation of every piece of correspondence). Britain Interior Ministry had decided not to deport the tainted Pakistani cricketer as he decided to file appeal against his conviction. He was kept in a prison for international convicts a few miles outside of London at Canterbury. Ravi Gill, the counsel for Muhammad Asif, while speaking to the media said that his client?s visa had expired and so an appeal to extend the visa has been made. He, however, said that they had not received any answer thus far. The inglorious troika, Mohammad Asif, Salman Butt and Muhammad Amir were all given jail terms of varying lengths by a court in London in October 2011 for being involved in spot-fixing during Pakistan?s tour of England in 2010. Both Mohammad Asif and Salman Butt have been imprisoned at Canterbury jail, whereas Muhammad Amir has spent half of his sentence at a young offenders? facility. Amir, the youngest of the three, returned home in March after completing his jail term and he has also decided against appealing against the five year ban imposed on him by the ICC (International Cricket Council). All of them found guilty of fixing spots with British citizen Mazhar Majeed. Muhammad Asif, 29, was jailed for 12 months while Butt was given a 30-month sentence. All three had appealed against their sentences but were rejected by the Lord Chief Justice. In February 2011, an International Cricket Council (ICC) tribunal had banned former captain Butt for 10 years (the last five years of which have been suspended should no further offences happen), Asif for seven years (with last two years suspended should no further offences happen) and Mohammad Amir for five years. According to his lawyer, Mohammad Asif?s case will be appealed and the ICC decision banning him from playing will also be appealed. Appeal documents have been prepared and he may stay with friends-family while in England, he added. Mohammad Asif?s father was interviewed by media persons where he expressed his angst against the sentence allotted to his son. He stated that the decision was made without any evidence and it was an unfair decision.
