            <link>http://marketingdebat.dk/e-t-the-extra-terrestrial-blu-ray-trailer-and-box-art-pop-up-online-video/</link>
            <description> Ever since Universal announced during CES 2012 that it would deliver many of its classic films on Blu-ray this year as part of a centennial celebration, we&amp;#8217;ve been keeping a careful eye out for news regarding Steven Spielberg&amp;#8217;s classic E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial . While we still don&amp;#8217;t know the release date, price or if it will contain the changes made in the 2002 edition of the flick, Universal posted a trailer for the Blu-ray (embedded after the break, note that at 0:25 seconds the FBI agents are holding guns, so it appears to be the original) that confirmed a digital remastering from the 35MM film, 7.1 surround sound and &amp;#8220;hours of bonus features&amp;#8221;. Additionally, forum posters on Blu-ray.com have noticed this (probably not final) box art appearing on Amazon UK recently.

            <link>http://bitchslapmag.com/2012/local/new-images-lasse-dearman/</link>
            <description>maria palm
What&amp;#8217;s your name, age, and where are you from?
Lasse Dearman, 22 years old, half English half Danish, from Aarhus.

You mentioned to me before that your old work was all digital, and you weren&amp;#8217;t happy with it anymore. Why did you start shooting on film, what do you like about it?

It&amp;#8217;s actually not because I?m not happy with it, its just that I don?t think it represents me as the photographer I am now. I guess I wanted to go in new directions with my photography, I?d never shot on film before when a friend told me to buy a Yashica t4 which I did. In the beginning it was just something I did for fun besides shooting digitally, but slowly it kind of took over, and today I almost only shoot analogue, at least if I can get away with it. There are several reasons why I like shooting analogue. I prefer the raw look, and the primitive aesthetics rather than a clean photo-shopped look. But it also has a lot to do with the particular way I work when I?m shooting on film rather than digital. Shooting digital I often find myself using way too much time staring in the screen on the back of the camera to see if the settings are right, while all the action is happening right in front of me. With analogue and especially small point and shoot cameras I don?t have to worry about stuff like that, also I find it a lot easier to get closer to my target when I?m not holding a giant SLR Canon with big flash and a 24-70mm lens.

gustav berntsen
Punk/hardcore culture seems pretty prevalent in your work, what is it about that style you&amp;#8217;re drawn to?
I quite like the energy and expression, which I think is interesting to photograph. There?s usually an intense and intimate atmosphere, coming from the crowd and bands at concerts at the shows as they are usually held at small trashy venues or random rooms.

from the series &amp;#8220;nothing is lost I&amp;#8217;ve got it&amp;#8221;
Could you talk a little bit about your &amp;#8220;nothing is lost I?ve got it&amp;#8221; series, it just says &amp;#8220;Glasgow east end 2012&amp;#8243; on your site, how did you end up shooting there and what are you trying to do with it?
Yeah, I probably should add some more text to that series sometime. I actually did it as school assignment (studying photo journalism at Journalisthøjskolen). I found this website saying stuff like, the city has the highest suicide rate in UK, highest crime rate in Scotland. That men and women living in Glasgow were more likely to die of alcohol-related death than anywhere else in the UK, the list is long. I thought it sounded interesting so I went over to see how things were in reality. When I left Aarhus, I still didn?t have any idea of what exactly I wanted to document or how. I spent all of my time in the east end of Glasgow between Calton and Shettleston which are some of the more deprived areas of Glasgow. I decided I wanted to portrait the area as I experienced it, the atmosphere as I felt it, if you can say that.

from the series &amp;#8220;ocean view&amp;#8221;
How do you come up with the names of the series on your website?

Ocean view is the band, Sylvester is the guy?s name, and I got the title ?Nothing is lost? from some graffiti written on a wall in Calton.
What do you hope to do with your photography in the next few years?

I definitely want to do more personal projects and more extensive ones than the ones I?ve done so far. Maybe spend more time working on one project rather than many small ones, and make it into a small book or zine.

Ørestad is a new addition to Copenhagen, it&amp;#8217;s futuristic, innovative and, I think, beautiful. But if you don&amp;#8217;t live there, there&amp;#8217;s not much going on in the area.
So unless you know where to find this sculpture, or you happen to be staying at the Bella Sky Hotel, you will almost certainly miss it, because it&amp;#8217;s located in an unlikely place: not at all where you would accidentally pass by, but I think that just makes it more interesting.
Hop on the metro in direction Vestamager, get off at Bella Center Station, and walk back a little by Ørestads Boulevard. If you have looked out the window of the train to the right side, you will have spotted it already.
A concrete bridge leads you to the island itself, and in the middle there is a granite pillar ornamented with female bodies over which water constantly flows down. Around the column, there are four pavilions with roofs of colored glass. It&amp;#8217;s perfectly beautiful in daylight but I recommend you go see it in the evening when the lights are on.
The entire thing is created by the same man who is behind Nørrebros Heart, the artist Bjørn Nørgaard.
The area behind Lovers Island is part of Amager Fælled, a nature reserve, and that somehow adds to the experience, realizing that you are standing in the city and in the middle of nature at the same time.

            <description>

Should you happen to be on the Dronning Louises Bridge after dark walking towards Nørrebro, you might notice a large neon chicken on one of the rooftops on your right hand. This is the much loved Irma Hen, so loved that it&amp;#8217;s even mentioned in a popular Danish song. It was put up in 1953 and as far as I know it is now protected.
Originally it was an advertisement for the ecological and fair-trade oriented Irma supermarket that still exists today, and in fact is one the world&amp;#8217;s oldest grocery chains,  but over time it has assumed the status of a landmark for Nørrebro.
It&amp;#8217;s was switched off for an hour for the very first time in 2009 during Earth Hour and is now turned off once every year in the same context.
Dedicated fans have made a site that can keep you updated on the number of eggs Irmahønen has laid so far (It only works when the hen is switched on).
In addition to being a local darling, Irmahønen is also very productive laying seven eggs per minute. Not many chickens can brag about that.

            <title>Orange Route fredagscafé på INSP!</title>
            <link>http://insp-roskilde.dk/2012/05/orange-route-fredagscafe-pa-insp/?utm_source=rss&amp;utm_medium=rss&amp;utm_campaign=orange-route-fredagscafe-pa-insp</link>
            <description>INSP! byder velkommen til fredagsbarer hver fredag op til Orange Route i dagene op til Roskilde Festival 2012
