This is two thing i just added to my life. Or versions i should say. Let’s start with the book. I have been a Hemingway fan for many years and read ‘A moveable feast’ many times, so when this newly translated version came out, i knew it would be my perfect summer reading. I must say that it feels good to get caught up in the 20’s Paris feeling yet again. Concealer have never been my thing – i used Touch Eclait many years ago, but thats the only one i have ever liked. However when i was at Sephora’s relaunch some weeks ago i got an introduction to NARS. That day i was more interested in the Copacobana high lighter, but the sales lady convinced me to let her apply some concealer – and that shit worked. It’s extremely soft and light and blends in instantly – and it has such a good and natural coverage! This is what i wore for a day on the sea. I’m not a boat person, but i managed, since it was a very big cruise ship. I got a tour on MS Pearl, also known as Olso båden in Copenhagen. A trip on Olso båden has been a thing for me, since i was a kid, so today was very special. I started my day with great coffee from Kaffe & Vinyl and a look at some really cool glasses and sunnies. Kaibosh is a Norwegian optical brand with the philosophy that glasses should be an affordable accessorie, instead of something you change every 3rd year. Since i wear glasses every day i like that thought. You don’t feel like wearing the same glasses everyday – but since they are so expensive, you have to. So these glasses are around 1000 dkk including frames and lenses. The sunnies are the same – if you want prescription, otherwise they are 750 dkk for a pair. Very reasonable. All the frames are hand made from natural materials like acetate which makes the easy to adjust to your head. I got to chose a pair of glasses – which ones do you think i ended up with? Psst. The team from Zalando and Schloss Stülpe did everything to give us an awesome weekend, thank you so much. We arrived late on thursday night in a very hectic rain and thunder – perfect for the Schloss, very creepy also. We got comfy at the Stables – or let me refrase; luxury apartments. Me and sweet Maria was room mates, and it was so good to see her again, and have a danish partner in crime for the weekend. Zalando invited us for drinks and a wonderful dinner and we got to meet all the other bloggers. Next day we woke up to this amazin bio organic breakfast feast – breakfast will never be the same again. Everything was so fresh and healthy. Then we had a SEO seminar, an amazing lunch and then a presentation of the new Sony WX300 camera – and we got to keep it. So awesome. Then the magic happened. Zalando provided us with a fully equipped showroom, to pick out our outfit for the night, then we went to the hair salon to get our hair braided, of course we was served amazing cakes and coffee.. and bubbles. Then they showed us in to the garden – imagine this old castle mixed with Alice in Wonderland and Tim Walker… that was the scene. Two really sweet ladied made ud flower crowns while we had champagne under the sky of pastel balloons. It was very crazy and awesome and weird. Then there was the pink candy buffet, the dinner and the dancing – you will see everything in the video. Saturday morning everyone was a little hungover and the breakfast was even better. But what really made that day the best of the whole weekend, was Li Edelkoort who told us about her work, how she works and what she does. This lady was so cool and so inspiring. She made me wanna take my masters degree even more. Needles to say, we had a quiet bus ride to the airport (lot’s of information had to be processed) and after a pit stop in Riga i was home on the couch with my baby poodle Winston, as if i had never been away. The set contains a day serum, moisturizer with spf6, cleansing cream and a brightening mask. I use the serum and moisturizer every day and the mask 2 times a week. The mask is working really well and you can instantly feel a tingle on your skin when you apply it, pretty cool! The smell is so delicate and intense, with out being to much – i’m very sensitive to scents, but this is just perfect. Even though this is just a small travel set, it has already lastet for a pretty long time, and the fact that it really is travel size is so perfect for short trips. Anyways, i finished my BA in information science and communication yesterday. It feels like some one dragged me out of a clouded sky and in to the bright sunshine. The lipbalm from L:A bruket was an impulse buy when i was browsing around & Other Stories (of course i bought some other stuff too), but i had my eyes on it, since i saw that Maiken had it.
