4 Film

Men se lige her:
Hugo Weaving som Mr. Smith i The Matrix

The positive effects of Green Tea

Green Tea has many benefits associated with it, and amazingly is used in China as a medicine. The Chinese have known the benefits of this special tea since 4000 years, and people have got better with the use of it. However, most of the people in the sub-continent
and even in Europe are not aware of the tea?s benefits and as a result are experiencing different complications related to health.
Firstly, Green Tea should not be used more than once a day and its users should try considering it a medicine rather than a routine habit. It not only prevents one from esophaegal cancer but also prevents the growth of cancer cells in the human body. Esophaegal
cancer arises from the esophagus cells which are present at the junction of the esophagus and the stomach. This tea also keeps the cholesterol level in check.
Apart from the above benefits, Green tea also helps in reducing the abnormal blood clots and it not only prevents the growth of cancer cells but also kills them without causing any harm to the healthy tissues. These blood clots, if left unnoticed than it
could result in stroke and heart diseases.
Another study shows that those people who love smoking should preferably take caffeine with green tea in order to burn enough calories rather than taking caffeine with Placebo. Placebo is a medical treatment for those who are deceived by their medical condition
and couldn?t understand the cause of their poor health.
Green tea also has its effect in preventing tooth decay. It kills the bacteria with its bacteria-destroying abilities which also helps in prevention from food poisoning. These days, many creams have entered the market which contains green tea as one of its
main ingredients.
Green tea, though, contains caffeine but the amount of caffeine is much less and it can hardly harm someone. However, it is advisable that this tea should not be taken more than once a day or it could harm your stomach or glandular cells.

Betta fish – Complete History and Information
Betta fish is the name derived from the Thai letter ?ikan bettah? so there was the mispronounced in the American English beta they should use only single t instead of the double t. in the Thailand Betta fish is mainly known as the pla-kad but in the other countries it is known as the Siamese fighting fish. The Betta fish first invention is done in the South Asia as the Mekong basin. It the fresh water fish and due to the appearance it is quiet good to keep in the aquarium. It is well developed with their eye species if they see your hand in the surface of the water or below the surface of the water the immediately react and they escape from there.
Betta fish when the more aggravated they puff-out at that time they puff out their fins and the gills cover to look more impressive. This kind of the action is done to impress the female fish or to fear the male fish as to show them they are ready. This fish grow up to 6 cm in the height for the 6 year life span hence they are perfect to keep in the aquarium due to less in the height the can easily fit in to that tank. These fish is mainly known for the cockfighting so in the countries of the Asia they are used for the fighting. In the actual these fish have the short fins but due to the variety of the breeding these fish have developed the longer fins and with the various colors.
Betta fish can blow the saliva bubbles hence they can create the bubble nest. As these fish guard these bubble nest as the fertilized their eggs in that. This nest is built by the male Betta with the combination of the saliva to make the bubble capacity stronger. While making this nest the Betta fish make more sound in the water while taking the breath.
Betta fish hold their bubble where they lay their eggs in the mouth to protect them from the other fish. These fish take care of these eggs until they hatch them about the 28-24 hours until they get hatch. While taking care they repair the bubble if they are damage. After they hatch they protect them for the week until they get grown.

Fish

Fish History
Fish home is the water on the earth surface, on the earth the 80% of the surface is covered with the water and the other 20% of the area is covered with the land. On the earth the 97% water is of the sea water and the 3% is the fresh water but to drink only the 0.08% of the water is available on the earth. In this 70% of the water there are the 20,000 of the species lives there, but also the 40% of this species are normally found in the fresh water and the remaining 60% of the species are found in the marine mean sea water. There are about 20,000 species which are divided into the four types like mammals contributing the 4,500; bird species contributes 8,600; amphibian?s contributions 2,500 and the reptiles contribute the 6,000 species.
Fish are very sensitive creature they normally only breath in the water, but there are the some fish which have developed their lungs in such way that they can breathe out of the water also. Fish structure of the body is different from the other animals like they have the two pair set of fins and also with the several unpaired fins. There are some fish that can be long up to centimeter with the less weight, but some are the can be heavy up to 20 tones and can be long up to 15 meters these kind are fish are comes in the mammals species. The fish blood is usually cold and the take the oxygen from their gills for the breathing. First vertebrate fish was introduced on the earth about the 490 million years ago. The body structure of the fish is on the first operculum know as the gill cover which is attached to the head after the lateral line on the middle of the body of the fish, on the top of the fish contains the dorsal fin in the middle after in between the tail and the dorsal fin the fat fin is contain, in the tail the caudal fin is contain to move fast and slow as the paddle, after that in the down portion of the fish mean at the stomach of the fish the anal fins is contain to balance while swimming in the water, after exact to the down of the dorsal fin the pelvic fins are contained to use as the paddle while swimming and at the last the pectoral fins is contain to move the up and the down while swimming in the water. But in case of the other mammal like the shark and the whale the body structure is different.
In the fish there are the bones but in the some kind of the species but the mammal like the big fish like sharks and the rays contain the cartilage like the skeletons which are as touch as the normal bone hence these fish is also known as the cartilaginous fish. As the different seen the bones and the body structure there are the some fish which have upgraded lungs which can breathe outside the water and leave in the lake or the ponds where the water gets soaked in the summer season and the little place get to live. But in case of the whale the come to the water surface and breath the air and go again into the water hence they cannot breathe in the water so for long time they cannot live in the water to take the oxygen they have to come to the water surface.
In the fish the reproduction system is different in the various species as the some of the species lay the eggs where the thousand of the eggs is contains in the one bag only. In the case of the some of the species they directly give the baby as the other animal give hence the break down in the category of the mammal, in these category they give the only one baby at a time in which they live alive. But in case of the species which lay eggs their some eggs get destroyed and only some of them have the tendency to grow in to the fish. Their reproduction season starts from the ending of the summer and end in the starting of the rainy season. In the starting on the rainy season they lay they eggs in the area of the coastal area on the sea or in the moss area of the sea. In this breeding season normally the fish is very aggressive nature to choose the right combination to breed. In the rainy season the normally seen the fish swim in the reverse flow of the water.

Ingredienser
Crème brûlée
600 ml fløde
2 spsk tørrede rosenblade
½ stang vanille (kornene skrabet ud)
5 store æggeblommer
100 g sukker
Rørsukker til karamellisering
Æble-chips
2 æbler (skåret i supertynde skiver)
100 g flormelis

Hæld blandingen tilbage i gryden.
Afkøl natten over.
Afkøl i køleskab.
Æble-chips

From Boat to Plate #5/99

Since we saw the fishermen boats in the harbour and realised that they sell their daily catch to passers-by, we have been promising ourselves that we would indulge ourselves with some fresh fish. In fact, eating fish straight off a fisherman’s boat was one of the first things to make it onto out ‘99 things to do in Sonderborg‘ list.

On Sunday we went for a walk down to the harbour, hoping to tick ‘ice-skating under King Christian X bridge’ off our list. However, coming across the fisherman just starting to sell his small crate of fish we couldn’t let the opportunity pass us by.

We got ourselves a cod (or torsk in Danish). At 30DKK (around 4?) we thought it was great value. Following the instructions of the fisherman – add parsley and lemon slices, wrap in aluminium foil and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes – Michael and I cooked our first whole fish! The serving wasn’t the most elegant in the world, but hey! we can only get better.
Fishermen in Sonderborg Harbour
We went to the boat called “Fru Jensen” which is docked right underneath the castle. The fisherman is usually there from 2pm until he has sold out. To figure out if he has fish you can call 21828201 before 1pm and you will be notified by SMS by 2pm.

On the western side of the sound there is another boat called Nordlyset that also usually has fish at 2pm. There is an SMS service where they send you a message when they have fish. Send a message with the text “fisk” to 51835323 and you should get put on the list.
Brought to you by Hej Sonderborg
