Vi skulle vælge en overordnet idé – og så lave 4 prints. Jeg valgte Verner Panton, da jeg synes jeg ville lave noget med en masse farver. Jeg har lavet alle 4 prints, men I får kun lige lov til at se 2. Jeg poster nemlig det hele, når jeg har fundet ud af, hvilket et jeg vil printe, og så vise stoffet til jer. (Vi skulle vise hvad, man evt. kunne bruge stoffet til, hvor I kan se jeg har valgt betræk til en stol.) Jeg kommer til at få rigtigt travlt den næste halvanden uges tid, jeg har nemlig 5 photoshoots = en masse redigering. Jeg kan desværre først vise jer billederne engang slut juni, da de skal bruges til eksaminer – og ikke må offentliggøres før eksamen er overstået. MEN glæd jer, har set det tøj min søster har syet – og det er FANTASTISK! Jeg har de to første photoshoots på fredag, så det bliver ret spændende – og skræmmende. Quite basically, the book is a murder mystery with a heavy tinge of occultism, but insidiously uses that framework to discuss religion, love, and community. What makes life worth living, really?as seen from a Faustian point of view. If you’re not a Danish reader, you’ll have to take my word for it (the book remains unpublished in other languages) or hey, why not trust Rod McKie instead? He got the gist of the story from the pictures alone, and even seemed to like the drawings all the same. Sortmund is a 292 pages hardcover, featuring black/white/red interior art. It was published 2006 to critical acclaim in major Danish print media. $4030+shipping Yes, this has been a sales pitch.
