Duoen blev suppleret af Let Me Play Your Guitar, men vi fik også et fornemt og intimt sæt, hvor duoen spillede sin minimalistiske singer/songwriter-folk. Let Me Play Your Guitar tog over med, og de spillede deres catchy melodier med stor indlevelse. Den danske folk-rock gruppe skruede en smule op for volumen, og var generelt ret skiftende i det dynamiske udtryk. Det var desuden de to gruppers første koncert på en længere turné rundt i landet. Let Me Play Guitar spillede størstedelen af numrene fra deres debut, men gav også et par smagsprøver på nyt materiale. Der så sandelig lyder meget spændende. De to grupper blev til sidst atter forenet på scenen, og det fungerede ganske godt. De leverede et cover af "Jolene" (så vidt jeg husker), som var en fin fortolkning. Nuvel. Det var en dejlig aften med to meget melodiske og folkede grupper, der både leverede det afdæmpede og det mere uptempo - til tider støjende. Vi vil gerne sige mange tak til både grupper og publikum, for at bakke op om koncerten! Vi takker desuden fotograf Michael M. Jensen for hjælpen med at skyde et par dejlige fotos fra Poetry In Monos fjerde arrangement (uheldigvis ikke så mange af første gruppe – da undertegnede forsøgte sig med kameraet), hvor Talking To Turtles og Let Me Play Your Guitar videreførte deres udmærkede samarbejde fra Spot i fjor – med succes. Du kan stadig fange dem sammen, hvis du er i Tyskland. Næste Poetry In Mono-arrangement er den 8. marts på Stengade, hvor Bodebrixen og Girlfriends kommer forbi - det bliver en fest.
