Wozniacki withdrew suffering from a respiratory illness, and with the start of the French Open less than a fortnight away there are fears that the former world number one will recover in time. The 21-year-old’s withdrawal means that, should China’s Li Na reach the semi-finals in Rome, she will not be among the top eight seeds at Roland Garros. This is our latest minigame that we made to get more experience with being on the app store and hopefully make some money while we are at it So far Kalaha has been our fastest growing game with 34.000 unique users in 7 days and still growing with 6-7000 downloads a day. Kalaha is also our best perfoming game with regards to app store placement, as it is now the #1 downloaded app and game for iPad and #2 on iPhone and has been so for 2 days. We are really excited about the succes and really grateful for all the help we are getting from our facebook and twitter friends, who help spread the word! Thank you! The way we are trying to make money from the game is by showing ads at the end of each game, and if the user wants to, he can pay to remove the ads. For those of you interested in numbers, we have so far sold about 20 “remove ads” and made about 300$ from ads. We are seeing these numbers increase daily along with user increase and we are crossing our fingers that the numbers just keep on improving So far our reach is very limited, we have a few downloads in a lot of countries, but more than 99% of the downloads are in Denmark. We are still debating on how to improve our reach to go beyond Denmark and have tried to email journalists in both Sweden and Germany to try give it a try, but we have not received a single response or article, so so far we are very successful in Denmark, and very unsuccessful everywhere else. The best we have done outside of Denmark is Sweden with about 1200 downloads, but it is still not enough to break the top charts. All in all we are super happy with Kalaha and the results we have gotten from it and we already feel better equipped to execute our big title that we are working on. What they didn?t count on was that it took dedicated effort and practice to become proficient at making figures. It took a focused exactitude in performing a series of complex steps. A Game of Thornes inspireret kampagner. Den ene er over skype med Uffe, Peter og Per. Det spiller vi i Burning Wheel, som jeg skal ha? kamplæst 70 sider af inden på mandag. Det er udover AGOT inspireret også inspireret af et mytisk Rusland. Det skal nok blive fint. Jeg glæder mig til at prøve kræfter med det brændende hjul og det at skulle spille rollespil med folk over min iPad.   Den anden kampagne skal jeg spille med min faste gruppe, der består af Asger, (Asger, der dog er på barsel pt.), Rasmus, Ask, Alan (der er med på deltid) og Jonas. Jonas skal være medspilleder. Hvordan vi fordeler spilleder opgaven har vi ikke helt sat os fast på. Det bliver noget med at Jonas har et sideplot som han kører, hvor jeg er spiller, hvilket vi spiller lidt af hver spilgang. Derudover er han måske medspiller, når jeg er spilleder, måske har han en særlig spillerrolle, hvor han spiller bipersoner eller har ansvaret for beskrive bestemte ting. Vi har endnu ikke helt besluttet os for modellen endnu.   Skemaet til vores WoDspil: klik for større version. Vi skal bruge A World of Darkness systemet med nogle, ind til videre, få hacks og ændringer. Jeg har lavet Humanity om til Power, da AGOT mere handler om magt end om menneskelighed. Derudover har jeg byttet flaws ud med keys. Keys adskiller sig fra flaws ved at man får xp for at bytte ens keys til nye keys. Derudover vil jeg gerne planke nogle elementer fra Apocalypse World, såsom MC moves og det at man når man slår terninger, kan få et mellemresultat, hvor man bliver stillet overfor et valg. Men inden vi når dertil spiller vi et spil Microscope, hvor vi udspiller settingens forhistorie. Ligesom vi nok slår nogle stats for adelsslægterne a la Diaspora. Og nu har jeg namedroppet nok indierollespil. I dette “Logos Quiz Game” gælder det netop om at gætte navnet (firmaet) bag de mange farverige og til tider lidt underlige logoer. Nogle af logoerne ser man ikke helt, eller retter sagt kun delvist, og det gør det naturligvis væsentlig svære at genkende! Spillet indeholder mere end 500 logoer, og mange af dem genkender de fleste måske rimelig hurtig, og andre kræver sikkert lidt hjælp fra internettet (Google billedsøgning). Man har nogle hints til rådighed som fortæller lidt mere om det pågældende logo, og der er en knap til både Twitter og Facebook, hvor man kan hente hjælp fra andre. Efterhånden som man gætter flere og flere logoer, så åbnes der for nye levels. Hvis man gætter et logo første gang uden at stave forkert, så scores der flest point. Spillet har en lille genial detalje der hjælper lidt yderligere, og det er en indikator der fortæller at man er tæt på, men skal stave det korrekt eller tilføje flere ord. Game of Thrones er blevet rost til skyerne, så jeg strittede imod længe. Først efter gentagende opfordringer fra venner med god smag overgav jeg mig, og da TV3 begyndte at sende serien i april, måtte jeg jo hellere sætte mig foran husalteret og se, hvad det hele går ud på. Hold da op. Der er godt nok gang i kvalitetsserierne for tiden. American Horror Story og The Walking Dead har bragt horror ind på tv og nu gør Game of Thrones det samme for fantasy. Den er så fed! En eventyrverden der langsomt folder sig ud, gode skuespillere, stærke karakterer og masser af sex og vold. Det er ikke for børn. Det er ikke Narnia det her, det er for voksne seere. Jeg vil ikke fortælle om handlingen for allerede i første afsnit kommer de første overraskende afsløringer, men det er et kompliceret spil mellem adelsfamilier om retten til tronen.
