Jeg har nemlig besluttet mig for, at jeg vil begynde at træne, egentlig bare fordi jeg synes min mave og hofter er gået hen og blevet lidt for grimme, men også fordi det jo er sundt at træne, og folk kigger altid mærkeligt på mig, når jeg fortæller at jeg ikke træner. Jeg har derfor købt mig en af de der trænings hulahopringe, som en start. Jeg er i verdens dårligste form og har aldrig dyrket motion eller trænet – i hvert fald ikke mere end hvad jeg blev tvunget til på gymnasiet og i folkeskolen i idræt. Derfor starter jeg stille og roligt ud. Om sådan en hulahopring virker, må tiden vise. Jeg synes i hvert fald bare, at det var en lidt sjov og hyggelig måde, at begynde at være aktiv på, i stedet for at skulle løbe eller styketræne. Træning og motion siger mig ikke så meget, men med en hulahopring kan jeg tænke tilbage på dengang jeg var lille og hulahoppede for vildt i børnehaven og i skolegården – og det var jeg faktisk ret god til! Så ja, jeg starter ud med dette og så må vi se om det hjælper eller om jeg bliver motiveret til at prøve andre træningsformer. Jeg har købt en hulahopring uden de der knopper, fordi jeg jo som sagt ville starte stille ud og sidst jeg prøvede sådan en med knopper, var jeg ved at dø af smerte. Hahaha, de gør jo nemlig ondt! Så ja, slapsvansen her bruger begynder hulahopringen som vejer 0,7. Jeg har købt den hos abilicaonline.dk  til kun 95 kr, hvilket jeg synes var meget billigt og også en af grundene til at jeg købte den. For hvis den bare er noget lort eller jeg ikke får den brugt har jeg jo kun “spildt” 95 kr og ikke 300 kr, som hulahopringe kan koste. Jeg er så træningsagtig på det her billede, I know (NOT)! Regner med at bruge hulahopringen ca. 25-35 min hverdag, så ja lad os se hvad der sker.. Håber sgu at det bare giver en smule resulater ellers så har jeg da været aktiv med god samvittighed :) Og så lige en hyggelig sang til træningen. Haha!! Related Posts Coverbutikken Ta’ stilling! However Sonderborg has a handy map of parking spaces around the city centre, indicating whether a spot is for long-term parking (langtidsparkering) or short-term parking (korttidsparkering). To be honest though, so far we have not had any problems finding parking.
