            <title>Justin Bieber køber luksusbil til barndomsven</title>

            <description>Justin Bieber mangler intet efter fire år i rampelyset &amp;#8211; så det skal hans venner heller ikke! Til jul forærede den gavmilde Baby-stjerne sin barndomsven Ryan Butler en Mustang Convertible. Mens Bieber var i sin hjemby, Stratford i Ontario i julen, overrakte han vennen nøglerne til den hvide drømmebil.
En begejstret Ryan Butler delte fotoet af det nye køretøj med sine 652,845 followers på Twitter. &amp;#8220;Justin har givet mig en gave. Fedt!&amp;#8221; lød den enkle tekst.
Ryan Butler er en af Biebers tre bedste venner, som han holder nær kontakt med. Baby-stjernens pludselige berømmelse har også betydet forandringer i familien Butler, der får masser af opringninger fra fans og presse, der vil vide mere om Bieber.
Men Biebers ven har accepteret, at han pludselig er del af stjernernes verden og bliver inviteret med til deres fester og andre events. Familien Butler har dog valgt at trække telefonstikket ud i julen, men betragter i øvrigt det hele som en spændende oplevelse.
Justin Bieber er ikke kun generøs over for vennerne, men deler selvfølgelig også ud til sin kæreste, Selena Gomez. Da hun var under behandling for udmattelse og fejlernæring i sommer, fik hun et Chanel-ur til en værdi af 30 000 pund.
For nylig har han overrasket fans med en helt ny sang, Be Alright. Teksten handler om, at man sommetider er nødt til at slippe nogen, man elsker. Men forhåbentlig betyder det ikke, at teenageparret er på vej væk fra hinanden.
Justin Bieber besøgte i sidste uge Selena Gomez og hendes familie på et hospital, hvor hendes mor opholdt sig efter en spontan abort.

            <title>Justin køber bil til barneven</title>

            <description>Man skal også huske at tage godt vare på de mennesker, man kendte før, at man blev berømt. Det er Justin Bieber ret god til.
Før Justin selv blev berømt havde han i rigtigt god ven i Ryan Butler. De to legede tit sammen, spillede musik sammen og hvad drenge ellers gør i de år, men efter at Justin blev berømt som verdens måske bedste sanger har det selvsagt været småt med aktivitet for de to tidligere så gode venner.
Men Justin har skam ikke gemt hans gamle ven; det beviser han ved at købe ham intet mindre end en bil til jul! Justin var simpelthen ovre ved hans gode ven og forære ham nøglerne. Først vidste Ryan ikke, hvad han skulle bruge de nye nøgler til, men da Justin trak ham med udenfor kunne han da godt se en splinterny Mustang convertible. En bil, en normal 18-årig altså ikke just har adgang til..

Det var Ryan Butler selv der offentliggjorde nyheden ved at poste ovenstående billede på Twitter. Selvom Bieber er en verdensberømt stjerne prøver han at forblive venner med de mennesker, han tilbragte lang tid med sammen, dengang han boede i Stratford, Canada. Det er da også derfor at han gav en gave til Ryan, der var en af hans største støtter gennem svære tider i Justins liv.
Ryan Butler er selv i dag ikke helt dum at holde øje med, da han har lidt over 650.000 followers på Twiter og selv er skuespiller. Vi kender ham ikke i Danmark &amp;#8211; men han er stadigt ung!

Derudover fik jeg to smukke halskæder. En sort ugle med sten fra Stars by P og en mor/barn pandahalskæde &amp;#8230;. den er så sød med den lille babypanda, som hænger som vedhæng :)

Men jeg fik også en smuk cape med store sorte dagmarkors&amp;#8230;.sådan lidt ridderinspireret, et par yndlingsleggins fra Noa Noa (fik dem i grå i adventsgave og havde dem på her), den lækreste badekåbe med stjerner, som jeg også har vist i en ønskecollage her på bloggen. Har stort set boet i den siden :D Knuselsker den!
Sidst men ikke mindst 2 gavekort til Magasin (hej udsalg!) og 2 gavekort til Louis Vuitton &amp;lt;3 Så er der lidt kortere vej til tasken og tørklædet. Søde søde kærestemand. Han havde også købt iPhone-grisen til mig og for pokker der er god lyd i den! Det kom faktisk bag på mig, at den er så god! :)

Perfekte gaver. Simpelthen. Af fælles gaver fik vi et hjemmelavet maleri og vokslys fra min venindes døtre på 11 og 7 år. Nåhr. Søde piger. Og vi fik også 4 Future glas fra Holmegaard.

NÅ! Lad mig så høre &amp;#8211; hvad fik I? :)

            <title>Reynolds præsenterer Lively for familien</title>

            <description>Forelskede Ryan Reynolds har taget sin nye kæreste Blake Lively med hjem for at tilbringe julen sammen. Det kærlighedsramte par blev i går set ved den populære turistattraktion Granville Island Public Market i Vancouver.
Gossip Girl skuespillerinden var iført en brun hue og en pels-beklædt jakke, idet hun holdte godt fast i sin kærestes hånd, mens de gik igennem markedet fyldt med mad. Ryan har været den fuldendte vært og har taget Blake med til alle hans yndlingssteder i sin hjemby, lige siden de ankom til Canada tidligere på ugen.
I mandags rapporterede magasinet People, at parret besøgte en legetøjsbutik, hvor de angiveligt skulle have købt en masse julegaver til Ryans familie. Senere på dagen tog de til bageren og købte en lille kage og nogle cupcakes med hjem til familien.
?De så ud til at være et rigtigt sødt par?, har en af bagerens ansatte fortalt magasinet. I mellemtiden rapporterede det amerikanske magasin US Weekly, at Blake og Ryan samme aften tog ud at spise med Ryans mor og bror på Tojo?s restaurant.
Det er dog ikke kun Blake, som bliver præsenteret for hans familie ? Ryan har også fået kendskab til Blakes familie. Under deres besøg i New York tidligere på måneden, tilbragte Reynolds noget kvalitetstid sammen med skuespillerindens søster og hendes mand.
De to par spiste morgenmad sammen, og ifølge en kilde prikkede Lively og Reynolds hele tiden til hinanden, grinte og blev endda set stå og læne sig op ad hinanden. Blake holder en kort pause fra den populære tv-serie Gossip Girl i New York, og Ryan holder en pause fra sin seneste film R.I.P.D, som bliver filmet i Boston.

If you are new to renting property to other people, you should be aware of your landlord rights. The recent turbulence in the real estate world has caused many people like you to consider becoming landlords. Having survived the housing crisis, they have gone on to invest in some properties that were sold at bargain prices as foreclosures became more common.
However, this occupation is not always easy and it can be more difficult in certain states. Before you buy a property or begin plans to develop it for renters, consider your landlord rights and whether or not the state in which you live demonstrates a legal understanding of the difficulties that you face.
Your Landlord Rights
Every state is different in terms of its view of landlords. However, there are some basic rights which generally apply across state lines. After reviewing the rights listed here, check with your state to determine if there are any additions or subtractions of rights in your area.

Your first right, and the most important, is to receive rent for the use of the property. This may seem obvious to you now, but you may encounter a different sentiment later from people who think that they have a right to live on property owned by you.


You have the right to receive the property which you rented at the end of the terms of the rental contract in undamaged condition. In other words, when the property is returned to you, it should look just as it did when you rented it out.

Why You Should Know Your Landlord Rights
If a renter fails to pay his or her rent, you have the right to evict him or her. However, this right is handled differently in different jurisdictions. You will almost likely have to provide a certain amount of warning and do so in writing. The exact nature and duration of this warning will be determined by state law.
If your property is left in damaged condition, you have a right to keep money that the renter deposited. Again, the exact proportion of this money is something that may be affected by local laws.
Is Your State Friendly To Landlords?
Overall, most states weigh in on the side of the tenant. California and New York are two of the most tenant-friendly states, with rent control as well. Arizona, Texas and Michigan are three states with laws that are quite generous with landlord rights.

Buy To Let Mortgages offer a unique opportunity to purchase a property as a form of investment. What&amp;#8217;s up Detroit Real Estate Investors and welcome back to the Buy Homes In Detroit blog!  Today I am going to share The Benefits of owning Investment Property in the U.S. (especially in Detroit).
Purchasing investment property is probably one of the best things you can do in today&amp;#8217;s economy. Everyone needs a place to stay, but with so many people struggling to make ends meet, many of them have turned away from home ownership and are instead choosing to rent.
In addition to homeowners who are unable to keep up their monthly mortgage payments, there are people who have poor credit history and will not be able to purchase a home. These people all make ideal candidates for tenants and their monthly rental payments will provide a nice stream of passive income for the savvy investor.
The important thing to keep in mind is that you need to be able to purchase properties that will provide a positive cash flow. This means, you need find property that is priced well and will provide a great opportunity to create the income you desire.
