            <title>Taking your Fix and Flip Profits and putting it into Buy and Holds in Detroit</title>

Hey there Detroit Real Estate Investors and welcome back to the Buy Homes In Detroit blog.  Taking your Fix and Flip Profits and putting it into Buy and Holds in Detroit.
Here is a lesson that I learned from wealthy real estate investors years ago.  Use your wholesaling and flip real estate strategies to create massive profits and then take some of those profits and put it into buy and holds for passive income.  This is how the wealthy get wealthier.  They understand how passive income works and they continue to work on building their portfolio and increasing their assets.
For example, let&amp;#8217;s say that you wholesaled 5 properties in 2012 for $10,000 in profits each and then flipped 2 deals for $30,000 each for a yearly total of $110,000 of massive income.  Take $60,000 of that and sink it into 2 buy and hold deals for yourself in the Detroit Real Estate Market.  This can easily add an extra $1,000/month (NET) of passive income and get you on the right track of thinking and acting like the wealthy do.  Each time you bring in massive profits, set a chunk of it aside and dedicate it to building up your real estate wealth portfolio and continue to add passive income each and every year.
Before you know it, you could be looking at $5,000/month of passive income because you took your massive profits and turned it into passive profits.  At the end of the day, isn&amp;#8217;t that exactly why we decided to become real estate investors?  The goal is to work smarter, not harder and to bring in as much income as possible but not working 70+ hours a week to achieve this.  Don&amp;#8217;t try to re-invent the wheel here.  It&amp;#8217;s proven that the majority of millionaires in today&amp;#8217;s world created their wealth through either owning a small business or working with real estate or both.  That should not come as a surprise now that you know of the great opportunities available in today&amp;#8217;s real estate market.
So Remember, whatever real estate investing strategy you are involved in, always focus on how you can add more passive income each and every year and you will be on your way to reaching your goals and creating the lifestyle that you are truly seeking.

The European-spec Honda CR-V, which is supposed to make its debut at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, has already evoked the excitement among car lovers as the pictures of the new Suv make their way to the internet.

The pictures show that the new model of the Honda Suv has minimal changes from the US version, which was introduced at the LA Motor Show in 2011. The only visible change is the steering and suspension settings. However, the new version has revised body. It is bit shorter and lower than the previous car. The manufacturers claim that there is more space inside, as they have moved the windscreen a little forward.
&amp;nbsp;
Honda has shaved weight from the CR-V, and along with improved aerodynamics, more proficient electric power steering and taller gearing, the car is likely to be more economical and have lower emissions.
&amp;nbsp;
The new Suv is expected to get updated versions of the current engine range. This includes a 2.0-litre i-VTEC petrol and 2.2-litre i-DTEC diesel, with the latter returning around 45mpg. There are currently no plans for a hybrid version.
&amp;nbsp;
Variable four-wheel drive is carried over from the current car. This is capable of sending up to 100 per cent of the power to the front or rear wheels, depending on which ones have the most grip.
&amp;nbsp;
The new extra-ordinary machine will initially go on sale in the United Kingdom in September.

            <title>Marks and Spencer downs next year sales targets owing to the financial crisis in Europe</title>

            <description>Marks and Spencer lowered its projected profits for new fiscal year in the light of some disappointing results in the year ended March 31, 2012. The decision is made in the light of last year?s performance and economic crisis in the European region.
The largest clothing brand in the UK made a pretax profit of $1.12 Billion last year, a 1.2 percent decrease compared to the previous financial term. Though the profits surpassed the figure of $1.09 Billion estimated by financial experts last year, it was still a decrease. The company however, has kept the dividend on its stock intact at 17 pence.
Despite the decrease in profitability of the company last year, M&amp;amp;S still foresee an increase between 1.1 billion pounds and 1.7 billion pounds in sales in the next two years. M&amp;amp;S had previously estimated the sales at 2.5 Billion pounds last year but it was unable to achieve that target despite the expansion of its stores internationally.
?Marks &amp;amp; Spencer performed well in a challenging economic environment, growing group sales by 2 percent and holding market share,? Chief Executive Officer Marc Bolland said in the statement. ?Whilst the economic environment has deteriorated since we first set out our strategic plans, we have made significant progress.?
Despite all the losses that the annual report showed, listed in London Stock Exchange the company showed a 0.4 percent increase in share price to 338.2 pence, which accumulates to a total of 8.8 percent increase this year.
Founded in 1884, Marks and Spencer operate more than a thousand stores worldwide and caters to more than 20 product categories in clothing.

            <title>Ties with NATO, US at critical stage; says Prime Minister Gilani</title>

            <description>Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani said the incumbent will make all crucial decisions, including restoration of land route for NATO forces, keeping Pakistan?s national interests into account.
While addressing the federal cabinet, PM Gilani said that the government had not made compromised on its principle stances and will not do so in the future.
The government does not want to take an emotional stance which will not be helpful for the country, he added.
The premier reiterated his stance on the right to appeal against the Supreme Court?s ruling in the contempt of court case, saying that he is not scared of any threats and he will continue to safeguard the Constitution of Pakistan.
He argued that the country?s ties with 48 countries serving in the NATO cannot be put on risk just because of the United States (US).
The Defence Committee of the Cabinet (DCC) held a meeting on Tuesday, giving a final approval to lift the almost six-month old obstruction on NATO supply-line.
The land route for allied forces was closed in November last year in reprisal to a NATO strike on Salala check-posts that killed 24 Pakistani troops. Furthermore, the attack strained Pakistan-US relations to the breaking point.
Taking the cabinet into confidence about his recent visit to the United Kingdom, Gilani said he was warmly welcomed by the British rulers.
He observed, ?Apart from the enhanced strategic dialogue review, all major ministers called on me for detailed discussions on various strands of cooperation between Pakistan and the UK?.
The warm welcome by David Cameron and his cabinet reflects the importance and confidence the UK government attaches to its relations with a democratically elected Pakistani government.
?British Prime Minister David Cameron acclaimed the fact that the current government of Pakistan was working to strengthen democracy in the country?, he added.
The premier noted that Cameron?s categorical statement that Pakistan?s friend was UK?s friend and Pakistan?s enemy was UK?s enemy was a strong recurrence of Pakistan?s standing and importance in the committee of nations.
He underlined that the Britain has vowed to build a deeper, stronger relationship with Pakistan and that that it wants to strengthen relations in the fields of trade, defence, health and education.

Passive Income &amp;#8211; Money that comes into your bank account whether you decide to sleep all day or not.  It is money that you do not have to actively work for to receive each and every month.  Would you like to know how to get some Passive Income?
Why is Passive Income so important for real estate investors?  Passive income is crucial to your overall success as a real estate investor because it&amp;#8217;s going to allow you to trade money for time (instead of trading your time for money like we were all brought up to do).  After all, we all want more time freedom in our lives to do what we want, when we want to do it and not have to be enslaved to a J.O.B. (Just Over Broke).
At this point, I think it&amp;#8217;s safe to say that we would all like a little more Passive Income in our lives but are your willing and ready to find a way to acquire it?  
Here is a great way to add Passive Income through purchasing Detroit Real Estate Investments:

Figure out how much Passive Income it would take for you to be financially stable (this means that the passive income coming in would equal what we are making already at your J.O.B.  If you make $60,000/year at your job, then this means you would need $60,000 in passive income/year to be considered financially stable.
$60,000/year in Passive Income would be $5,000/month in Passive income to reach your goals.  In order to reach $5,000 in passive income through Detroit Investment Properties, you would need to acquire about 10-12 single family properties
Considering 1 Detroit Investment Property can be picked up for $30,000 or less, you are looking at ~$300,000 investment to become financially stable (or if you can leverage someone else&amp;#8217;s money, you may be able to acquire that many properties for much less.

My whole point is not that you need to have $300,000 to be successful in real estate.  I am just giving you an example of how powerful passive income is to you and your family and that Detroit Real Estate Investments are a great vehicle for you to start increasing your wealth.

            <title>Prime Minister Gilani vows not to back down</title>

            <description>Landing back in Islamabad after detailed verdict of the Supreme Court, Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani vowed to not backpedal in the face of political pressure calling for his resignation.
Speaking to the media in the plane, the premier said that he would soon hold consultation with legal experts over the development and then would take decision whether appeal should be filed or move on for a review.
Giving weight to reports that the government will maintain the line that the conviction would necessarily entail disqualification, Gilani did not discount the possibility of not filing a review or an appeal.
He said he knew that the detailed verdict would be released when he was out of the country. He observed, ?It?s all in front of you. You can see it for yourself. Because of this the courts have been exposed. I took a stand, and I will continue taking a stand?.
He stated that the events of the last few weeks had resulted in an extensive support for the Pakistan Peoples? Party (PPP).
The premier while referring to the calls by PML-N to step down, clarifying that he would not accept the verdicts of ?Sharif Courts?. The opposition?s best efforts, he was accorded hospitality and respect during his trip to the UK, he added.
In his view, the cradle of democracy had shown confidence in him, expressing satisfaction with the outcome of the state trip.
Because of conviction, the recent visit of the prime minister had generated tremendous controversy back home. However, the PPP claimed that the trip is successful, given some important meetings and even a joint statement by the British and Pakistani prime ministers.
David Cameron in the joint statement recognized Prime Minister Gilani?s role in bracing democracy, stating that any enemy of Pakistan is an enemy of Britain and vice versa.
At a time when Pakistan is facing the prospect of isolation from the United States and its allied countries, it was a key statement for the country.
The premier apart from the recognition held some vital sitting with investors at the London Stock Exchange.

            <title>Fiction based personas</title>

            <description>Most agree that personas are built on data, but several have experimented with purely fiction-based personas. These personas are often used to explore design and generate discussion and insights in the field. There are several suggestions to use fiction, here are a couple of links for inspiration:
Ad hoc personas are based on the designers intuition and experience and used to create an empathetic focus in the design process (Norman 2004).
Extreme Characters help generating design insights and explore edges of the design space (Djadjaniningrat et. al 2000).
Pastiche scenarios creates personas derived from fiction like Bridget Jones or Ebenezer Scrooge and help designers to be reflexive when creating scenarios (Blythe &amp;amp; Wright 2006).
Proto-personas originate from brainstorming workshops where company participants try to encapsulate the organization?s beliefs (based on their domain expertise and gut feeling) about who is using their product or service and what is motivating them to do so. They give an organization a starting point from which to begin evaluating their products and to create some early design hypotheses.

            <title>United Kingdom pledges enduring friendship with Pakistan</title>

            <description>Prime Minister Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani has said that his visit would help to enhance political and cultural ties with United Kingdom, which pledged enduring friendship with Pakistan and building deeper stronger relationships.
While speaking to the media, the Prime Minister said that Pakistan and the United Kingdom have numerous common values, adding that the duo states have tuneful ties in many walks of life.
Without mentioning the names of opposition members and critics, Gilani said that he visited London on the invitation of British Prime Minister David Cameron to strengthen the bilateral ties.
Earlier, Gilani hold a meeting with David Cameron, reviewing the progress made under the Enhanced Strategic Dialogue (ESD) between the two countries. The British premier categorically stated that the UK will be an enduring friend of Pakistan, vowing to build a deeper and stronger relationship.
Pakistan and UK also vowed to enhance bilateral trade up to £2.5 billion by 2015 as part of a jointly-owned venture.
A joint statement reads, ?Both countries are committed to working together as equals to create conditions for greater prosperity and security in Pakistan and the UK?.
The statement asserted that it was a crucial time for Pakistan and the currently government was the longest-serving civilian government in the shortest history of the country. Besides reviewing the progress being made since the two leaders pledged in April 2011 in Islamabad, they discussed economic growth and development, trade and cultural co-operation.
The British Prime Minister vowed his support for a return to international cricket being played in Pakistan, offering to share the UK?s experience in protecting large sporting events.
In the meantime, Gilani briefed Cameron on the recommendations approved by parliament regarding new terms of engagement with the US as well as the ongoing Pakistan-India peace process.
The two leaders urged British companies to look at the opportunities Pakistani markets present and build on the success of the over 100 UK-based companies already engaged in business with Pakistan.
The Pakistani premier assured his government?s full support in ensuring an enabling business environment to attract and sustain UK trade with, and investment in, Pakistan.

Arhmen altså. Forrige uge gik jeg til fodboldkamp i Parken med min 10årige søn. Det regnede, og det stakkels barn og hans ven måtte følges med selve Barbapapa. MIG! I et kæmpe pink telt, købt i Tiger for 20 kr. Det virkede, ment kønt var det ikke.
Så da vi fik disse flotte regnslag hjem i butikken, så slog jeg til.
Hvis jeg skal blive endnu mere cool i regnvejr, så skal jeg måske skifte fodermester-gummistøvlerne ud som det næste. Måske med de her:

Thursday, May 10, 2012: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, in his address to the British Parliamentarians yesterday here in House of Commons, said that there were strong reasons for both Pakistan and the United Kingdom to cherish
 this mutual relation.
He said that the relations between the two countries were based on strong footings and the two governments were striving to strengthen them further. He said, ?We have reason to be satisfied that relations between Pakistan and the
 United Kingdom are on a strong footing. Our ties have been traditionally warm and friendly given our shared history, cultural affinities and strong people-to-people contacts.?
During his address, the PM also thanked the British government and the people for their profound support for Pakistan in all the testing times. He said, ?Let me take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to the British
 government and its people for having stood by us in our difficult times ? particularly in the aftermath of unprecedented floods that devastated the country.?
Adding on to his views, Gilani particularly expressed his delight over the improving economic ties between the two countries which had culminated in preparing a comprehensive investment promotion Roadmap. He said, ?The Roadmap
 envisages not only to take the bilateral trade to £ 2.5 billion by 2015 but also enhance investment opportunities.?
During his address, PM Gilani also thanked the UK for its support to Pakistan for gaining enhanced trade access to the European Union. He said, ?We are appreciative of the UK support for EU trade concessions for Pakistan in the
 wake of the 2010 floods. And we hope that the United Kingdom would continue supporting Pakistan?s request for GSP plus.?

            <description>?The Voice? judges were reportedly left fuming after Jessie J?s rude comments on The Graham Norton Show. The singer had criticised the BBC show in her interview which has surely not gone down well with the producers, who in return are seeking an explanation.
The ?Price Tag? singer stated that she should have waited for the line-up of ?The Voice? before signing up. The singer regretted her decision of being the first one to sign up for the judge?s team.
Jessie claimed that Sir Tom Jones took a decision to wait until the other judges were confirmed for the show and insisted that she should have gone on the same route.
?I was first to sign up (as a judge) because I was totally up for it. But when Tom Jones said he waited until he knew the line-up, I thought I should have, too. It?s been scary at times but it?s one thing in my life, not the only thing. My second album is my focus,? she was quoted as saying.
If reports are to be believed, ?The Voice? producers are not happy as the singer?s comments have damaged the reputation of the show. An inside source has revealed that the producers are furious on the singer?s remarks considering the show has been a huge hit.
?Many of the show&amp;#8217;s most senior staff are angry that Jessie criticised the show&amp;#8217;s production values so publicly. She is paid a huge amount of money to be a big part of the show, and should be one of the show&amp;#8217;s most vocal supporters,? the source revealed.
Along with Jessie J and Sir Tom Jones, Danny O?Donoghue and will.i.am are judging the UK version of the show.
