Graduating minds
Last weekend the first E-MBA class of University of Inoorero, Kenya, graduated. Congratulations! As I watched them smiling and hugging and sighing with relief that 15 months of hard work now finally materialized itself in a diploma I thought of all the changes these leaders now hopefully are going to implement in their organizations and society. Casa do Zezinho, an NGO in Brazil did this outdoor campaign ?Half for Happiness? in partnership with two supermarket chains. Customers in the supermarket were given the opportunity to buy half-size fresh food products at full price, with 50% going to Casa do Zezinho. A year ago I launched this web-page, which is actually more of a blog than a web-page. For me scrolling through all the blogs I´ve written through 2011 pretty much sums up the essence of my (work)life in 2011.
